JORIX delivers products to customers across Bangladesh.

Our general delivery estimates are:

Inside Dhaka: approximately 48 hours.
Outside Dhaka: approximately up to 5 days.

These are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances including:

Natural disasters or severe weather.
Courier or delivery-provider issues.
Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery addresses.
Customer unavailability.

We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery, but JORIX cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe in circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy may apply.
